This course will give you a comprehensive overview of working as a phlebotomist. During this phlebotomist training course, you will learn about drawing blood from patients and blood donors, evaluating patients' ability to withstand the procedure, and helping them feel comfortable. You will learn how to properly explain the blood-drawing procedure to patients and the importance of answering their queries. In this online phlebotomy course, you will also be introduced to performing basic point-of-care testing, such as reading blood glucose levels and preparing blood, urine, and other specimens for testing, along with maintaining medical equipment such as needles, test tubes, and blood vials.
The asynchronous, online phlebotomy certification course includes simulation experience through the inclusion of a lab kit for assignments and aligned simulations for practice. You will have access to videos outlining procedures and "how to's" that allow for firsthand practice as expected in real-world scenarios. This CPT certification course will also provide you with comprehensive, all-inclusive training, which will assist you in pursuing a new career as a phlebotomy technician and includes a complimentary voucher to sit for the Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT) certification exam through the National Healthcareer Association (NHA) upon eligibility.

Dental Office Manager
with UACCB Online Training
In this comprehensive online course, you will gain the skills and knowledge to prepare to work as a dental office manager. Whether you are in an entry-level position or an experienced professional, you will learn essential skills in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks Online that are valuable in any career. In addition, you will learn all aspects of managing the dental office, including dental terminology and anatomy, bookkeeping, maintaining medical records, accounts receivable and reimbursement, billing, insurance, scheduling patients, and performing procedural and diagnostic coding.
This course also serves as preparation for the certification exam for the QuickBooks Certified User exam. Upon completion, you will be on the road to success in a rewarding career as a Dental Office Manager and beyond.
Upon successful completion of the course, you will receive a voucher to sit for the QuickBooks Certified User (QBCU) Exam. The voucher is prepaid access to sit for the certifying exam upon eligibility. Proctor fees may apply, which are not included.
Hazmat Endorsement CDL

UACCB offers a self-paced online training course to help you prepare for the CDL Hazmat Endorsement exam. Video instruction is provided by Bryan Anderson, CDL instructor.
Hazardous materials are products that pose a risk to health, safety, and property during transportation. Hazardous materials include explosives, various types of gas, solids, flammable and combustible liquid, and other materials. Because of the risks involved and the potential consequences these risks impose, all levels of government regulate the handling of hazardous materials. The course includes the information needed to prepare for the Arkansas Hazardous Materials endorsement test.
This is a self-paced online course. Upon registering, UACCB will grant you access to the class. You will have 30 days from the date of access to complete the training. For questions, call 870-612-2082.
Steps for Your Hazmat CDL Endorsement
- You must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid CDL.
- Register and pay the $99 fee for the Hazmat course.
- Take your original birth certificate to the Revenue Office and pay the $10 fee.
- UACCB will provide you 30 days of access to Blackboard.
- Complete the Hazmat course within the 30-day access period.
- Complete fingerprinting and the required federal background check.
- Schedule and pass your written Hazmat test.
